Secondly, the decisions of the companies are provided to be in line with the provisions of competition law. In addition to that, seminars on the theory and applications of the competition law are given to key personnel of the companies. Those seminers help to retain the knowledge in the company.

Firms’ representations to the Competition Authority are provided for agreements and merger & acquisition cases which require notifications. And concerning competition investigations, we handle all the written pleas and oral plea to the Board.

Industry and firm analysis are important part of the competition law applications. The reports firm and industry basis prepared by our firm put out the competitive structure of the market as well as the position of the firm in it.
